About Me.
If you're looking to get a sense of me as a person before working with me, I don't blame you! I'm the same way when I make an appointment with a professional of any kind. Below you'll find some random facts about me that may (or may not) be relevant to you choosing to work with me.

I'm a 34 year old bisexual transgender man, and didn't start my transition until 26. I was married and divorced pre-transition, so I've essentially had the fortune to have lived almost two completely different lives on either side of the gender binary. I'm based in the greater Boston area, but I grew up in Kansas City, Missouri, where most of my family resides. I spent four years living in Santa Fe, New Mexico, prior to moving to Boston in 2017, so I've been lucky enough to live in three different regions of the US! My nuclear family consists of two super cute cats named Squeedles and Dagny, who I 100% will talk about in meetings at some point or another (hint: a fantastic way to "tip" me is to introduce me to any pets you have too).

Outside of a love for helping people navigate their financial struggles, I'm a goofball, so expect a tone of levity if I can manage it! If you're neurodiverse, we likely have some things in common as well. Most of my interests and hobbies fall under the nerdy umbrella in some form or fashion, so if you're brave enough to activate my trap card, ask me about them in a meeting!

I originally went to school to study geology, and ended up with a psychology degree with a geology minor instead. I also spent some time as an education major.
Previous Financial Representative
Northwestern Mutual, 2021-2023
I started my finance career on the advisor track with Northwestern Mutual, so I have a strong working knowledge of the insurance and investment side of the industry. While I can't actively help with those realms now, I do have the ability to point you in the right direction if either of those topics become relevant in our meetings together.
Current Board Member
North Shore LGBTQ+ Network, 2023 to present
I currently serve as a board member for a local nonprofit here in the North Shore of Boston, Massachusetts. I am a proud advocate for the community and am always looking to expand resources and make connections.
